Holy mother of god! Honestly where do I start with praise for these women? My first interaction was with Shilo, where I called her desperately trying to understand how to help my partner through an extremely quick decline into depression after the loss of his father.
Shilo was so ridiculously patient & thorough with her explanations at a time when I was drawing blanks & stressing out. She not only helped me understand the biochemical process (which is ABSOLUTELY NOT my forte) of this mental health issue but kept me from losing my head as well. Within two days of starting the protocol Shilo & I decided on my partner was off the couch and smiling. He was able to sit his exam & pass with flying colours.

Each capsule contains:
Rubus idaeus (Raspberry leaf) 300mg
equivalent leaf dry 1.2g
Mitchella repens (Squaw vine) 62.5mg
equivalent aerial plant dry 1.25g
Directions for use:
- One capsule twice daily from week 34 of pregnancy until week 6 postpartum.
- Helps prepare the body for labour.
- Prepares the uterus for childbirth.
- Uterine tonic. Enhances uterine health.
- Astringent. Tightens tissues with may assist with recovery post birth.
