Holy mother of god! Honestly where do I start with praise for these women? My first interaction was with Shilo, where I called her desperately trying to understand how to help my partner through an extremely quick decline into depression after the loss of his father.
Shilo was so ridiculously patient & thorough with her explanations at a time when I was drawing blanks & stressing out. She not only helped me understand the biochemical process (which is ABSOLUTELY NOT my forte) of this mental health issue but kept me from losing my head as well. Induces sleep and relieves sleeplessness
Traditionally used in Western Herbal and Ayurvedic Medicine to:
induce sleep and relieve sleeplessness
reduce symptoms of stress
Each 5mL contains extract liquid equivalent to dry:
Passion Flower herb, Passiflora incarnata 500 microlitres, equiv. dry 500mg
Skullcap leaf, Scutellaria lateriflora 1.5mL, equiv. dry 1.5g
Ashwagandha root, Withania somnifera 1.5mL, equiv. dry 750mg
Dose
Adults 10mL two times a day
Duration of use
No restriction on treatment duration. However, if symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare practitioner
Directions for use
Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.
Interactions
Contraindicated with concomitant use of sedatives (including barbiturates) and may exacerbate blood glucose irregularity
