Holy mother of god! Honestly where do I start with praise for these women? My first interaction was with Shilo, where I called her desperately trying to understand how to help my partner through an extremely quick decline into depression after the loss of his father.
Shilo was so ridiculously patient & thorough with her explanations at a time when I was drawing blanks & stressing out. She not only helped me understand the biochemical process (which is ABSOLUTELY NOT my forte) of this mental health issue but kept me from losing my head as well. Active Ingredients
- Ginkgo biloba leaf 2.16 g standardised to ginkgo flavonglycosides 14.7 mg, ginkgolides and bilobalide 3.6 mg; Panax ginseng root 212.5 mg standardised to ginsenosides 4 mg.
Mechanism of Action
- Improves micro-circulation and oxygen supply to the brain (GK501) whilst optimising the delivery and utilisation of oxygen and nutrients (G115) throughout the body
- Inhibits platelet activating factor receptors (decreases blood viscosity)
- Neuro-protective properties
Safety
- No serious side effects related to Gincosan have been reported.
- In rare cases, mild and transient gastrointestinal reactions, headache, allergic skin reactions and decreased amount of sleep time have been reported as a drug-related possibility.
Dosage
- Adults: Take 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 after lunch.
- It is recommended to take Gincosan for at least 4 weeks for optimum sustained effect.
